During the clinic appointment, the patient discusses the case directly with Dr Hani and presents imaging, reports, previous treatment and questions. The booking team does not assess the case or provide medical opinions.
Additional tests are considered only when they may change the decision, avoiding treatment of a scan finding without relating it to the patient.
